Gunnar Offroad products are for off-road use only. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only. We cannot warranty work done by an outside company or person. Not all welders are created equal and everyone has "a friend who knows a guy who welds." Don't use him to install your suspension, use a reputable shop that has been in business for a while. Yes, it's more expensive, you get what you pay for. With that said, we do stand behind our products 100% when installed by us or an approved company. No returns will be accepted once a part is installed on a truck. We will accept returns that have not been installed for a 50% restocking fee (the buyer must also pay for the return shipping). Cancellations will also incur a 25% restocking fee, unless the cancellation is initiated by us. returns will be subject to a 50% fee return for non-custom products and a 85% fee for custom or installed products if the product is in good condition (the buyer must also pay for the return shipping). The warranty only applies to hard parts, meaning parts welded by us. Warranties do not apply to wear parts, meaning parts intended to be periodically replaced due to wear, moisture damage, or off road damage, such as (but not limited to) bushings, uniballs, uniball pins, heim joints, rod ends, snap rings, bolts, nuts, washers, etc. We will always do our best to go above and beyond when it comes to customer service and handling warranty claims. Our warranty is for the original purchaser only (non-transferable).
